What you'll do

As the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with Zocdoc's growth objectives. You will partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract the right talent. Your role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and implement best practices. Collaborating with the People Operations team, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
