You are proactive in sourcing and attracting top talent, leveraging creative strategies beyond traditional methods.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process for various teams including Finance, Legal, People, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple searches at once, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will also be expected to proactively source candidates, utilizing innovative methods to attract top talent in a competitive market.
