You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for G&A and GTM roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for specialized teams such as Finance, Legal, and Marketing. You bring a consultative approach to role scoping and hiring strategy, ensuring that you align closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to meet their needs. You are adept at managing multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing effectively while maintaining a high standard for quality candidates.
You are proactive in sourcing and attracting top talent, leveraging creative strategies beyond traditional methods like inbound applications and LinkedIn. You understand the competitive landscape and know how to position roles to attract the best candidates. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A and GTM roles at Whatnot. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance. You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
You will also play a key role in shaping the recruitment strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback. Your ability to analyze data and metrics will help you refine processes and improve outcomes. You will work closely with the People team to ensure that our hiring practices align with our company values and culture.
