You possess a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS, and have hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. What you'll do

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Zocdoc, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision for the India DevOps team. You will drive initiatives aimed at improving automation and reliability across our systems, ensuring that our infrastructure can support the growing demands of our healthcare marketplace. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to elevate operational practices and implement CI/CD lifecycle maturity.

Your role will involve developing and maintaining patching frameworks and secure container image practices, ensuring that our systems are not only efficient but also secure. You will lead efforts to monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance our overall service delivery.

You will also mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to empower patients by providing them with a seamless healthcare experience.
