Desirable
Experience in sales or account management is a plus, as is familiarity with key vertical markets. You have a knack for crafting accurate forecasts and pipelines, particularly within Salesforce, and you are well-versed in utilizing referrals and existing relationships to drive business success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a book of approximately 175 existing customer accounts, focusing on account retention and growth. You will harness the power of referrals and existing relationships to uncover new business opportunities within your valued clients. Your responsibilities will include showcasing your expertise through engaging online product demos, crafting accurate forecasts and pipelines within Salesforce, and collaborating with your team to propel and close deals over the phone. You will target the right people within existing clients by understanding the key vertical markets we work within and how we can deliver quick ROI for them. Preparation will be key in all client meetings, ensuring you are well-researched, knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
