Who you are

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Your experience includes developing and leading teams, where you've successfully managed individual contributors to meet organizational quotas. You excel at building cross-functional relationships, collaborating with marketing, demand generation, product, and customer success teams to enhance overall performance.

You possess expertise in tactical account penetration strategies, having successfully broken into and expanded presence within large enterprise organizations. Your skills include account mapping, stakeholder engagement planning, and competitive displacement tactics, which have been instrumental in your previous roles. You are adept at defining team objectives and enabling your team to achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly targets through effective sales planning and forecast management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and lead a team of approximately seven individual contributors, focusing on generating revenue and achieving sales quotas. You will be responsible for day-to-day training and coaching of your direct reports, tracking and monitoring team KPIs to ensure success. Your leadership will involve participating in the attraction and hiring of talented team members, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the challenges of the market.

You will articulate the ZoomInfo story and its unique value proposition to clients, fostering strong relationships that drive customer success. Your role will also require you to optimize processes and strategies to enhance the performance of the Enterprise Growth Account Management team, ensuring that the team surpasses expectations and delivers unparalleled value to customers.
