Who you are
You have a strong background in contingent workforce systems and are recognized as a subject matter expert in Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Workforce Management (WFM). Your experience allows you to effectively translate complex business needs into actionable system capabilities, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also scalable to meet operational requirements. You possess excellent analytical skills and a keen understanding of system integrations, particularly with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and operational efficiencies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any project. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance the functionality of contingent workforce systems, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
