What you'll do

As the Manager of Fusion Center Operations, you will lead a diverse team of Team Leads, Shift Leads, and Managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational targets — you will oversee the execution of both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your role involves coordinating with Fleet Operations and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance the efficiency and safety of robotaxi operations — your expertise will guide the team in executing software and hardware tests to maintain Zoox's high standards. You will also serve as the field expert for tools and features related to workflows, ensuring that your team is well-informed and capable of executing their responsibilities effectively.

In this role, you will engage with various teams, including TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product, to align operational goals with broader company objectives — your ability to foster cross-functional collaboration will be essential in driving success. You will also mentor and develop your team, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
