Zoox is hiring a Senior Feature Engineer to lead the End-to-End Feature and Homologation team. You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle across Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments. This role requires strong systems engineering skills and collaboration with various stakeholders.

You have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in managing product lifecycles across multiple domains. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Your ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of systems engineering documentation and verification processes. You have a proven track record of delivering remarkable product capabilities that enhance mobility services. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Feature Engineer, you will take ownership of feature domains that span Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to define design solutions and develop multi-quarter capability plans. Your responsibilities will include creating systems engineering documentation and verification plans to ensure the delivery of fully verified product capabilities.
