What you'll do

You will collaborate with software engineers throughout the Zoox organization, ensuring that all safety-critical software meets the highest standards. Your work will involve defining methodologies and tools that streamline the development process while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

You will be responsible for integrating principles from various safety-critical industries into the software development lifecycle. This includes working closely with teams developing state-of-the-art AI autonomy software as well as highly-critical RTOS and middleware components. You will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation by ensuring that the software powering production vehicles is safe and reliable.

Your contributions will directly impact the safety and performance of Zoox's vehicles, and you will have the opportunity to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of software systems engineering. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
