You have a proven track record in partner program management, ideally with experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders is key to your success. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and a customer-centric approach, ensuring that partner programs are designed to meet both business and partner needs. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can effectively communicate and collaborate with teams across different locations.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at analyzing program performance metrics to drive improvements. Your experience in managing complex projects and programs allows you to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining a focus on results. You are adaptable and open to feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing partner programs that drive distribution and commercial scale for Zscaler. You will collaborate closely with the Channel and Alliances team to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and success. Your responsibilities will include defining program objectives, creating program materials, and ensuring that partners have the resources they need to succeed. You will also analyze program performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align partner programs with Zscaler's overall business goals, ensuring that all initiatives support the company's mission of providing zero trust security solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to gather feedback and insights, which will inform program adjustments and improvements. You will also play a key role in training and onboarding new partners, ensuring they understand the value of Zscaler's offerings and how to effectively leverage them in their markets.
