Xero is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead Planday’s partner-led growth motion across the UK and Europe. You'll focus on building and scaling high-impact programs with integration partners and affiliates. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Who you are
You have a strong background in partner marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth within partner ecosystems, and you have a proven track record of building sustainable programs that drive measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical skills help you assess the performance of marketing initiatives, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance program effectiveness. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve work/life balance for shift workers, aligning with Planday's mission to make shift work more human.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Planday’s partner marketing strategy, focusing on both integration partners and affiliates. You will build and scale high-impact programs that turn the partner ecosystem into a measurable growth engine. Collaborating with the VP of Growth and Partnerships Director, you will establish marketing-supported affiliate lead generation engines and co-marketing programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
You will be responsible for creating scalable processes that enhance partner engagement and optimize marketing efforts. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and partner performance to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth. You will also work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
