What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zscaler, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by providing expert guidance on AI security solutions. You will collaborate with the Sales and Go-to-Market team to demonstrate the value of Zscaler's cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer workshops, delivering presentations, and providing technical support during the sales process. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique security challenges and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the overall customer experience.

You will also engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to relay customer feedback and influence product development. Your insights will help shape the future of Zscaler's offerings and ensure they align with market demands. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to provide informed recommendations to customers.
