Familiarity with integration discussions, particularly around HRIS systems, will help you excel in this position. You are proactive in identifying product gaps and market trends, providing valuable insights to leadership that can influence the product roadmap.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the Technical Closer for the Mid-Market revenue team, working closely with Account Executives to secure the 'Tech Win'. You will validate complex technical requirements and facilitate discussions around HRIS integrations, ensuring that prospects understand how 15Five’s solutions can meet their business goals. You will translate technical concepts, such as APIs and SSO, for HR buyers while also conveying HR concepts to IT buyers, bridging the gap between these two critical areas.

Your responsibilities will include developing materials that empower champions within client organizations to advocate for 15Five’s solutions internally. You will also be the voice of the market, providing feedback on product gaps and integration blockers to leadership, helping to shape the future of the platform. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and customer needs, ensuring that 15Five remains competitive and relevant in the HR technology landscape.
