Who you are

You have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. With 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, you excel at building relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You are adept at communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that clients understand the value of the solutions you provide.

Your experience includes working with enterprise-level clients, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and contributed to the overall success of the sales team. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to deliver exceptional results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' security posture.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zscaler, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their unique security challenges and providing expert guidance on our zero trust security solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations that showcase the value of our offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.

You will also play a key role in driving customer success by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process. This includes conducting training sessions for clients and ensuring that they are fully equipped to leverage our solutions effectively.
