What you'll do
As a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Zuora, you will focus on high-value accounts ranging from $100M to $1B+. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients in the software, hardware, media, telecom, and IoT sectors, helping them to optimize their subscription models and enhance customer relationships. You will leverage your expertise to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored strategies that align with client goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and provide ongoing support to clients. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to assess satisfaction and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on account health to senior management.
