Who you are

You have a strong background in customer solution engineering, with experience leading teams and driving sales strategies. You understand the importance of building trust-based relationships with customers and have a knack for articulating technical and business value. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you are comfortable guiding your team through complex sales campaigns for enterprise-level customers.

You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technology, to achieve strategic goals. Your ability to develop innovative value-selling approaches has been key to your success in previous roles. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the technical counterpart to the Regional Sales Lead, ensuring that your team effectively communicates the business and technical value of Zuora's solutions. You will lead the execution of sales campaigns, guiding your team to engage with strategic and enterprise-level customers. Your hands-on approach will help you lead by example, demonstrating the value of Zuora's offerings in real-world scenarios.

You will also be responsible for building and nurturing a world-class Customer Solution Engineering team. This involves mentoring team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You will partner closely with various departments to drive new Annual Contract Value (ACV) and improve Net Dollar Retention from existing customers.
