You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions. You are an expert in API capabilities and understand how to leverage them to meet customer needs. Your experience includes creating and delivering impactful technical presentations that resonate with clients, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions you propose. You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions and providing guidance on product features.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Fonoa, you will partner with the sales team to articulate the company's value proposition and strategy to customers. You will lead technical engagements, qualifying sales opportunities through technical discovery based on customer needs. Your role will involve driving technical discussions, answering questions, and advocating for product improvements based on customer feedback.
You will create and deliver product and technical presentations to both new and existing customers, ensuring they are well-informed about Fonoa's suite of API and UI products that automate tax-related workflows. Your insights will influence the product roadmap, as you work closely with internal product teams to align customer requests with the company's vision.
