Overview

Woflow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage key strategic enterprise accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing client requests with business objectives. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and project management expertise.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise-level clients. You are customer-obsessed and have a knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with business objectives. Your empathetic approach allows you to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and growth.

In addition to your customer success skills, you possess excellent project management abilities. You are adept at juggling multiple priorities and ensuring that all strategic initiatives are executed efficiently. You thrive in environments where you can collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to deliver exceptional service to your clients.

You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams. Your ability to align stakeholders on measurable KPIs and deliver innovative solutions sets you apart in this multifaceted role. You are driven by results and are committed to exceeding customer-driven goals while achieving your accounts' growth targets.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment or with technology products is a plus. Familiarity with account management tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Woflow, you will serve as the key point of contact for our strategic enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through integrations, and ensuring they are maximizing product usage. Your role will involve technical troubleshooting and ongoing account management to foster long-term partnerships.

You will balance client requests with business objectives, ensuring that you meet and exceed growth targets for your accounts. This will require you to manage multiple urgent priorities across various workflows, acting as the vital link between account stakeholders and Woflow's internal teams. You will align stakeholders on measurable KPIs and design innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion. You will work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure that clients are aware of new features and enhancements that could benefit their operations.
