You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment β you understand the importance of customer retention and have a track record of managing relationships effectively. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to identify churn risks and opportunities for engagement.
You possess strong negotiation skills and can lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure mutual success β your ability to communicate value and reinforce realized benefits is key to your approach. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using technology to manage your workflow and interactions.
What you'll do
As a Renewal Specialist at 15Five, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring predictable renewal execution through a risk-prioritized approach. You will proactively identify churn risks and engage with customers to reinforce the value they receive from our platform. Your role will involve leading negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure customers are renewal-ready.
You will leverage AI-enabled insights and automation to streamline your outreach and engagement efforts, ensuring that customers are informed and supported throughout their journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
