Overview
OpenSesame is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive customer retention and expansion efforts. You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to manage the renewal cycle and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive engagement and negotiation skills.

Who you are
You are a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in customer retention and account management. You understand the importance of building relationships and driving customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from their learning programs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success Managers to achieve shared goals.
You possess excellent negotiation skills and are comfortable leading discussions around pricing strategies and proposals. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams allows you to navigate complex situations and drive successful outcomes. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of the renewal cycle are managed efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal cycle, from developing pricing strategies to leading negotiations and crafting proposals. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs and ensure they continue to thrive with OpenSesame's offerings. Your role will involve generating quotes, sending Sales Orders, and closing opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
You will engage with customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns they may have. By providing ongoing guidance and support, you will help customers maximize the value of their learning programs and drive utilization. Your efforts will contribute to account growth, reduced churn, and consistently high customer satisfaction.
