Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with experience in driving account renewals and enhancing customer relationships. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. You excel in customer-facing interactions and understand the importance of building momentum and value leading up to contract renewals.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for subscription revenue retention and growth, and you are comfortable discussing contract terms and pricing with clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Renewals Specialist, you will project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Managers and Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless customer experience during the renewal process, retaining and increasing subscription revenue in existing customer accounts. You will work on migrating customers from legacy plans to new packaging and pricing, ensuring they understand the value of their subscriptions.

You will also engage in customer-facing interactions, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their contracts. Your role will involve backend deal desk support, including quote creation and contract processing, to facilitate smooth renewals. You will proactively identify opportunities for upselling multiyear contracts and price increases, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
