What you'll do

As a CS Technical Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting Tier 2 issues escalated from Tier 1 Technical Support. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and ensuring that their issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools, helping to shape a safer digital future for all users.
