Overview
1Password is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to ensure customers realize long-term value from their investment. You'll combine technical expertise with customer advocacy in a remote role across the United States and Canada.

Who you are
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or SaaS environments. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are skilled at guiding organizations through implementation and adoption processes. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with both customers and internal teams. You are driven by a desire to help customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of their investments.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with enterprise software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with password management solutions or identity management systems will enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can leverage analytics to drive customer success initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at 1Password, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their 1Password investment. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored guidance throughout their journey with our products. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of our solutions. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and facilitating communication to resolve any issues that arise.
You will also analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, proactively reaching out to clients to discuss enhancements and new features that can benefit their organizations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in helping customers navigate complex integrations and ensuring that they are leveraging our products to their fullest potential. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
