Your proactive approach to B2B selling means you are always looking for new ways to connect with prospects and drive interest in our services. You are comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales efforts and can adapt your messaging based on industry insights and individual client needs.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at 2U, your primary responsibility will be to generate interest in our educational offerings. You will research and qualify leads generated through marketing efforts, as well as those you generate individually. You will plan and execute prospecting activities, utilizing outreach tools, Salesforce, cold calling, and email to create new sales opportunities. Your role will involve thorough prospect communication and personalized messaging to ensure effective engagement.

You will work closely with our Business Development Managers to schedule live and phone-based meetings with qualified leads. Your ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service will be crucial to your success. You will also be expected to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
