What you'll do
As an Account Executive on the North American Mid-Market team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by focusing on the mid-market segment, which includes companies with 250 to 5,000 employees. You will learn and apply our proven sales methodologies to effectively engage with clients and close deals. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
You will collaborate closely with your team and your future coach, who is committed to leading a group of dynamic professionals. Together, you will work to create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the industry.
In this role, you will also be expected to track your sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
