Who you are

You have a strong background in client success or account management, ideally within the enterprise sector — you've built and maintained relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their goals. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex client environments and drive adoption of digital solutions effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of the 360Learning platform to clients — you are comfortable presenting to HR executives and facilitating discussions that lead to successful outcomes. Your proactive approach ensures that you anticipate client needs and address potential challenges before they arise.

You are a strategic thinker who understands the importance of aligning client objectives with the capabilities of the 360Learning platform — you have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts, ensuring that they maximize the value of their investment.

Your ability to coordinate resources across technical and pedagogical teams is a key strength — you excel at bringing together diverse expertise to support clients effectively, ensuring that they receive the guidance and support they need to succeed.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring their success with the 360Learning platform. You will work closely with HR executives to understand their digital training strategies and help them leverage our solution to achieve their goals. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

You will coordinate with various internal teams, including technical and pedagogical resources, to provide comprehensive support to your clients — this may involve organizing training sessions, providing technical assistance, and facilitating best practices to enhance user adoption. Your goal is to empower clients to fully utilize the platform, driving engagement and satisfaction.

You will also play a crucial role in contract renewals and expansions — by building strong relationships and demonstrating the value of our solution, you will help ensure that clients continue to partner with 360Learning for their training needs. Your success will be measured by client retention rates and the growth of accounts within your portfolio.
