You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at aligning client goals with business objectives, driving engagement and satisfaction.
You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can navigate complex client situations with ease. Your proactive approach allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that both the client and the company benefit from a successful partnership. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited about the challenges that come with it.
What you'll do
As a Client Partner at NimbleRx, you will be the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners post-launch, ensuring they are fully engaged with our platform and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive their success. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nimble features.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are communicated effectively and that any issues are resolved promptly. Your insights will help shape the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our partners. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the initial setup and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
