Overview

NimbleRx is hiring an Enterprise Client Partner (Customer Success) to serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform. This role involves onboarding new customers and driving adoption and retention.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthtech or technology sectors. Your experience includes working closely with C-suite executives and understanding their needs to drive successful outcomes. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding complex customer requirements. You are proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction and are skilled at conducting product training and onboarding sessions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are comfortable with a travel expectation of around 10% for client meetings and conferences.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Client Partner at NimbleRx, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they understand how to leverage our platform effectively. You will conduct product training sessions and work closely with customers to drive adoption and retention. Your role will involve regular communication with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions. You will collaborate with teams across the company, including Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance, to address customer needs and enhance their experience with our platform. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements.
