Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in client success or account management, ideally within a technology or digital training environment. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives, such as CHROs and Chief Learning Officers. You understand the importance of client satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You are a proactive communicator, able to coordinate resources effectively and empower clients with the knowledge they need to succeed. You thrive in complex environments and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with enterprise-level clients.
What you'll do
As a Client Success Partner at 360Learning, you will be responsible for supporting our largest clients in their digital training strategies. You will work closely with HR executives to develop the usage and adoption of our platform, ensuring that clients are fully engaged and satisfied with our solutions. Your role will involve coordinating various resources within 360Learning, including technical and pedagogical support, to facilitate client success. You will act as a facilitator, guiding clients through the complexities of our offerings and ensuring they are well-positioned to renew contracts or sign new agreements. Your efforts will directly impact client retention and satisfaction, making you a key player in our enterprise team.
