Overview

360Learning is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market. You'll manage ads, budgets, and optimize conversion funnels. This role requires experience in digital marketing and analytics.

Who you are

You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid channels to drive sales qualified opportunities. With experience in creating ads for search and paid social, you understand how to optimize every step of the conversion funnel to achieve aggressive targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure pipeline goals are met. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and monitor channel budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize results.

You are comfortable experimenting with new marketing strategies and are always looking for innovative ways to improve performance. Your ability to follow up with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to gather qualitative insights demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. You are a high performer who enjoys the autonomy to execute your ideas while being part of a world-class demand generation team.

What you'll do

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the creation of a robust pipeline for our sales teams through effective management of paid marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling ads for search and social platforms, defining and monitoring budgets, and optimizing the conversion funnel through a structured experiment process. You will collaborate with BDRs to gain insights into the effectiveness of your campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

You will be responsible for launching exciting new experiments that align with our growth objectives, ensuring that our marketing efforts are not only effective but also innovative. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, making you a key player in our mission to accelerate 360Learning's growth in the North American market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
