What you'll do

As a Solution Deployment Manager at 360Learning, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, starting from the sales turnover and kickoff to the handover to support. You will drive project management efforts, ensuring that all aspects of the deployment are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve defining the architecture of the 360Learning platform tailored to client needs, which requires a deep understanding of both the product and the client's requirements.

You will facilitate integrations with flat files and APIs, working closely with technical teams to ensure that all systems are aligned and functioning as intended. Your ability to guide clients through the deployment process will be crucial, as you will provide assistance and support to ensure their success. Additionally, you will follow up with your customers throughout their contract to increase product adoption and deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits.
