You have a strong background in project management and customer success, with experience in managing the implementation lifecycle for software solutions. You excel at understanding client use cases and translating them into actionable configurations on platforms like 360Learning. Your ability to work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams ensures seamless onboarding for new customers.

You are skilled in facilitating integrations, whether through flat files or APIs, and have a solid understanding of platform architecture. Your experience in guiding customers through the deployment process allows you to increase product adoption and deliver complementary solutions, such as platform audits. You are proactive in following up with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with the platform.

What you'll do

As the Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, starting from the sales turnover and kickoff to the handover to support. You will drive project management efforts, ensuring that all client requirements are documented and met. Your role will involve defining the architecture of the 360Learning platform tailored to each client's needs, facilitating integrations with third-party applications, and providing assistance throughout the deployment process.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the implementation aligns with customer expectations and business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting platform audits and identifying opportunities for product adoption within your customer portfolio. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize their use of the platform.
