You have a strong background in Project Management and Business Analysis, with a proven track record of successfully onboarding customers to complex platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of personalization in learning and are excited about leveraging AI to enhance user experiences. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills enable you to anticipate customer needs and address challenges before they escalate. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with Help Desk Specialists and Customer Account Managers to deliver outstanding service.
What you'll do
As a Solution Deployment Manager at Docebo, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding phase for multiple customers, ensuring they are quickly and successfully integrated into the Docebo platform. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate efforts and provide exceptional support throughout the customer journey. Your role will involve setting clear expectations with clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
You will leverage your project management skills to track progress and ensure that all milestones are met on time. Your ability to analyze customer feedback will help you identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, allowing you to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
