You possess a solid understanding of platform architecture and integrations, including working with APIs and third-party applications. Your technical skills allow you to guide clients through the deployment process, ensuring they maximize the value of the 360Learning platform. You are proactive in following up with clients to enhance product adoption and deliver complementary solutions.

What you'll do

As a Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, starting from the sales turnover and kickoff to the handover to support. You will drive project management efforts, ensuring that client use cases and requirements are documented and translated into effective setups. Your role will involve defining the architecture of the 360Learning platform tailored to each client's needs, facilitating integrations with flat files and APIs, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful deployments.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, focusing on increasing product adoption and delivering additional solutions such as platform audits. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and ensuring project success. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience and driving the success of the 360Learning platform.
