Who you are

You have a background in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Your skills in SQL allow you to extract and manipulate large datasets effectively, and you have experience with Python for data analysis, particularly using libraries like Pandas and NumPy. You possess strong problem-solving abilities, capable of defining issues, designing analyses, deriving insights, and proposing actionable solutions. Your experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI enables you to create and maintain performance monitoring systems. You communicate analysis results clearly and logically to various team members, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. You are self-motivated and can set and pursue your analysis goals independently.

Desirable

Experience in automotive, mobility, IoT, or sensor-related data analysis is preferred. Familiarity with vehicle CAN data, driving logs, and ADAS/autonomous driving data will be advantageous. You have experience in building data pipelines or working in ETL environments using tools like Hive, Spark, or Airflow. You understand KPI design and growth metrics management, and you thrive in startup or rapidly changing environments, quickly learning and exploring new data sources, tools, and technologies.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst at 42dot, you will define and analyze data-driven problems, identifying key challenges and improvement points through service and business metric analysis. You will analyze vehicle data and driving logs, providing insights based on various mobility data sources. Your responsibilities will include designing service KPIs and establishing monitoring systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather analysis requirements and support data-driven decision-making. You will also manage data quality and propose improvements to data collection systems and log structures, ensuring the integrity and usability of data for analysis.
