Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in automotive development and quality activities, ensuring that products meet reliability and quality standards. Your background includes working with vehicle quality systems and regulatory requirements, particularly in reviewing ES/MS SPEC requirements. You are skilled in conducting environmental reliability assessments for vehicles, including testing and evaluating results.

You possess preferred qualifications such as experience with IATF 16949 Core Tools and hold certifications in VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex quality assurance processes and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead quality improvement activities through proactive quality management processes, including Gate Review activities. You will respond to OEM Gate Reviews and ensure that internal development projects meet design quality verification standards. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing development quality outputs and improving their maturity through activities like drawing reviews and FMEA.

You will support quality assurance activities for production products, including inspection agreements and approval of inspection processes. Additionally, you will assist in the OEM ESIR and ISIR approval processes, addressing and resolving issues that arise from a vehicle perspective.
