Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience across all HR domains, including HRBP, HRM, and HRD, and have spent at least 3 years in a leadership role. You excel at building trust-based partnerships and possess strong communication skills that connect organizations and leaders effectively. Your ability to diagnose issues using HR data and derive actionable solutions is a key strength.
You have experience working in fast-growing organizations, particularly in tech, mobility, or startup environments, and are familiar with matrix structures. Your background includes providing HR coaching and consulting to executives and leaders, showcasing your expertise in navigating complex HR landscapes. You are proficient in HR data analysis tools such as People Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel, which you use to inform decision-making and strategy.
What you'll do
As a Senior HR Business Partner at 42dot, you will act as a strategic partner to organizational leaders, supporting HR-related decision-making processes. You will assess organizational talent density and structure changes, developing and executing HR operational plans accordingly. Collaborating with leaders, you will utilize HR data to maintain consistency and fairness in performance management, feedback, and compensation processes.
You will engage in regular rapport activities and one-on-one meetings with employees to detect and resolve issues early, fostering a positive work environment. Your role will also involve mediating conflicts and managing emotional well-being within the organization, ensuring psychological safety for all team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for swiftly communicating and implementing key messages related to management policies and HR practices throughout the organization.
