What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for service planning and strategy formulation for UMOS ONE's logistics platform. You will conduct market and competitor analysis to manage the service roadmap effectively. Your tasks will include defining new services and policies based on customer requirements, as well as standardizing logistics operation processes. You will create detailed product specifications and UX flow designs, ensuring that all requirements are well-documented. Project and schedule management will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you prioritize development tasks and manage sprints. You will coordinate collaboration among development, design, QA, and operations teams, ensuring that deployment plans are established and service stabilization is supported. Additionally, you will analyze logistics metrics and derive improvement proposals based on data-driven insights, monitoring service performance and customer feedback.
