Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in product design, leading projects from problem definition to solution implementation. Your expertise includes designing services across multiple channels, such as apps and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. You are proficient in using design systems and tools like Figma to create consistent and engaging interfaces. You excel in logical communication with diverse stakeholders, including planning, development, and operations teams, to ensure that product requirements are met effectively. You approach challenges with a mindset that questions the core of the problem, seeking to understand whether the identified issues are indeed the right ones to address. You aim for practical designs that consider operational environments and constraints, ensuring that your solutions are not only innovative but also executable.

Desirable

Experience in designing O2O services or products that include offline components is a plus. Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C systems and experience in large-scale structural improvement projects will set you apart. You have worked in agile environments, engaging in cycles of design, validation, and improvement, which enhances your adaptability and responsiveness to change.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and maximize the business and operational value of the TAP! service and its related systems. You will oversee the end-to-end product solution design, from problem definition to screen design, ensuring that all aspects of the user journey are considered. You will collaborate closely with business, operations, and development teams to structure requirements and translate them into concrete product solutions. Utilizing design systems, you will visualize complex product structures and flows, defining screen structures and interactions through Figma. You will establish hypotheses for new features and improvements, guiding them through design, validation, and iterative enhancement processes. Your involvement will extend to quality assurance and operational stabilization to ensure that the intended designs are effectively implemented during the development phase.
