Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have 8-15 years of experience in mechanical parts and product development. You possess a strong knowledge of CAD tools, both 2D and 3D, and are familiar with manufacturing processes for mechanical components. Your experience includes working on autonomous driving systems, and you have a solid understanding of various manufacturing methods and materials.

You are skilled in designing and developing mechanical components, ensuring their physical integration and compatibility within systems. You have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish package requirements and constraints, translating them into effective designs. Your ability to write and manage technical specifications and documentation is exemplary, and you are comfortable supporting prototype development and testing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical components for high-performance controllers and sensors used in autonomous driving systems. You will ensure the physical integration and compatibility of various components within the system, collaborating with multiple teams to reflect package requirements and constraints in your designs. You will also write and manage technical specifications and documentation for components and systems, supporting prototype development and testing.

Your creative problem-solving skills will be essential as you work to streamline processes and enhance design efficiency. You will apply your knowledge of manufacturing methods and materials to develop innovative solutions that meet project goals. Additionally, you will be involved in the assembly development of vehicle sensors and cameras, as well as the design and development of vehicle controllers.
