What you'll do
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Formlabs, you will be responsible for architecting and designing the hardware systems of our next-generation 3D printers — your role will involve creating innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and pushing the capabilities of 3D printing technology. You will lead the design process, making key system decisions that impact product performance and reliability. Your work will include prototyping new systems and mechanisms, testing materials, and researching solutions to 3D printing challenges.
You will collaborate closely with a team of mechanical, systems, and electrical engineers, reviewing designs and guiding junior colleagues in their work — your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed successfully and on time. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of our products, using feedback and data to refine designs and enhance user experience.
What we offer
