Desirable

Experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus, as you will be working directly with these systems to support the organization. Familiarity with global HR practices and policies will help you navigate the complexities of a diverse workforce. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate effectively with managers and employees alike, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need throughout the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

In your role as the People Operations & HRIS Partner, you will deliver operational HR support to employees and managers, ensuring a consistent application of People policies across assigned regions. You will play a key role in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our core People systems, HiBob and Greenhouse. Your responsibilities will include managing employee data, improving workflows, and enabling reliable People data reporting. You will also contribute to the development of efficient and compliant employee lifecycle processes, ensuring that all aspects of HR operations run smoothly.

You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement within the HRIS and People Operations functions. Your insights will help shape the future of our HR practices, making them more efficient and user-friendly. You will be involved in training and supporting employees on the use of HRIS tools, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Additionally, you will assist in the analysis of HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance the overall employee experience.
