You are proficient in Kubernetes and cloud-native systems, enabling you to design and deliver MVPs and reference architectures effectively. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customer engineering teams to ensure successful implementations.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to optimize performance and resolve product issues with effective solutions and workarounds is critical to driving customer success. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their long-term adoption of the Acceldata ODP solution.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will engage with customers on short to medium-term projects, focusing on their data observability needs. You will leverage your expertise to implement solutions that meet their specific requirements, ensuring a smooth migration and architecture process. Your role will involve designing and delivering demo applications that showcase the capabilities of the Acceldata ODP solution, helping customers visualize the benefits of the platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams to provide post-sales support and ensure that customers are satisfied with their implementations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing system performance, and providing ongoing support to ensure that customers can fully leverage the capabilities of the platform. You will also play a key role in educating customers about best practices and guiding them through the adoption process.
