You have a strong background in training and customer success, ideally within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes guiding organizations through product adoption and ensuring users are confident in utilizing new tools. You excel at building trust-based relationships with clients and have a passion for improving healthcare communication.

You understand the unique challenges faced by healthcare organizations and are adept at providing practical training and ongoing support. Your ability to monitor adoption and engagement ensures that products are fully embedded in clinical practice, leading to better patient outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Training Manager at Accurx, you will play a vital role in helping NHS organizations and care providers adopt our products. You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring that every user can confidently integrate Accurx into their daily workflows. Your focus will be on driving adoption and customer success, rather than just managing projects.

You will provide clear and practical training to users, guiding them through their journey with our tools. By monitoring adoption and engagement throughout the contract, you will ensure that our products are fully embedded in clinical practice. Your role will involve building strong, trust-based relationships with customers, helping them get the most from our products and improving the experience for both users and patients.
