You have a proven track record in complex software sales, particularly within the HR tech space — your experience has equipped you with the skills to engage with senior decision-makers and demonstrate the value of employee engagement solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to build meaningful relationships with clients. Your understanding of employee engagement strategies allows you to align Achievers’ platform with the unique needs of organizations with 10,000+ employees.

You are adept at leveraging technology to foster a culture of recognition and performance — your expertise in the Achievers Employee Experience Platform™ enables you to guide clients in implementing effective engagement tools. You understand the importance of talent retention and productivity, and you are passionate about helping organizations create high-performing, resilient workforces.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth for Achievers — your primary responsibility will be to engage with enterprise and large global clients, educating them on the value of employee engagement and how Achievers’ solutions can meet their needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their employee experience.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Achievers’ goals — this includes identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. Your ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers will be crucial in positioning Achievers as a leading partner in employee engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented — your role will involve ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling additional services. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Achievers in the market.
