You have a proven track record in complex software sales, particularly within the HR tech space — your experience has equipped you with the skills to engage with senior decision-makers and demonstrate the value of employee engagement solutions. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to build relationships and drive business growth. Your ability to educate clients on the benefits of recognition and performance tools sets you apart in the industry.

You understand the nuances of working with enterprise clients, particularly those with over 10,000 employees — your expertise allows you to navigate complex organizational structures and align solutions with their unique business needs. You are passionate about fostering a culture of recognition and performance, and you believe in the power of employee engagement to drive organizational success.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate the value of Achievers’ platform effectively — you can translate technical features into tangible business benefits, making it easier for clients to see the impact on talent retention and productivity. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Desirable

Experience in the employee recognition or rewards software industry is a plus — familiarity with the competitive landscape will help you position Achievers as a leading partner in employee engagement. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth for Achievers — your primary responsibility will be to engage with enterprise and large global clients, helping them transform their employee engagement strategies. You will leverage the Achievers Employee Experience Platform™ to guide clients in fostering a culture of recognition and performance.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers across various industries — your ability to educate them on the value of employee engagement will be crucial in aligning Achievers’ solutions with their business needs. You will conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our platform can drive talent retention and productivity.

Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets — you will analyze market trends and client feedback to refine your approach and ensure that Achievers remains a top choice for employee engagement solutions. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients.
