Acronis is seeking a Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive the growth of their presence within service provider partners in the DACH region. This role requires strong strategic and tactical sales management skills.

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in establishing and growing partnerships within the technology sector. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance short-term sales activities with long-term initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth for both Acronis and its partners. You excel in building relationships and collaborating with sales managers and leaders to drive revenue and market share.
You are adept at training and onboarding new partners, ensuring they are equipped to represent Acronis effectively. Your experience in conducting business reviews and managing sales forecasts demonstrates your ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly. You thrive in environments where your decisions can have a global impact, and you are motivated by the challenge of driving success in a competitive landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish, manage, and grow Acronisβ presence within existing and new service provider partners. You will be responsible for driving incremental Annual Recurring Revenue through effective management of sales initiatives. Your duties will include training, onboarding, and enabling new service providers to ensure they are well-prepared to sell Acronis solutions. You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports to the Acronis sales management team, providing insights into performance and growth opportunities.
You will also recruit and onboard new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance and strategize for future growth. Your role is crucial in enhancing Acronisβ market presence and ensuring that partners are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
