Who you are
You have a strong background in sales management, particularly within the IT channel, with a proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance short-term sales activities with long-term initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth for both Acronis and its partners. You are a top seller who thrives in a competitive environment and can effectively communicate the value of Acronis products to potential partners.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with service provider partners and collaborate effectively with internal sales teams. Your experience includes recruiting, developing, and onboarding new partners, as well as identifying and prioritizing key accounts to close large strategic deals. You are comfortable using automation tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create mindshare and enable both new and existing strategic channel partners to position and sell Acronis products effectively. You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, providing regular updates on your pipeline and forecasts. Your focus will be on recruitment and development of strategic partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell Acronis solutions.
You will work closely with sales managers and leaders at service providers to drive revenue growth and expand Acronis' customer base. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new partners, utilizing cold calling and other outreach methods. You will also play a key role in identifying top accounts and closing significant deals within Australia, contributing to Acronis' mission of creating a #CyberFit future.
