Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a sales role focused on technology or cybersecurity solutions. Your deep passion for data protection and cyber security drives your success in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. You are strategic in your approach, balancing immediate sales goals with long-term initiatives that foster growth and collaboration. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with service provider sales leaders to expand revenue and enhance market share.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, manage, and expand Acronis' relationships with both existing and new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. You will drive incremental sales and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to succeed. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and training new MSP partners, as well as delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, pipeline updates, and business activity reports to Acronis sales leadership. You will introduce, educate, and train MSPs on new products, upgrades, and solutions, leading quarterly business planning sessions with assigned partners to align on goals and strategies. Your strategic vision and tactical execution will be key in fostering a world-class partner experience that sets Acronis apart in the market.
